All double and family rooms have Smart TV’s with Sky, Wifi, tea/coffee facilities and a DAB clock radio. All doubles are fully en-suite and the family room is ensuite with a bath. There is a single room with its own facilities (not en-suite).

There is free Wi-Fi throughout the B&B and each room has multiple 13-amp sockets with USB charging points. There are Smart TVs in all double / family rooms so you can keep up to date with your Netflix series. The complimentary beverages include ground coffee and a wide selection of teas, both with decaffeinated options.

In the winter the dining room is rearranged and comfy chairs added so you can enjoy the splendour of a wood burning stove.

After a pleasant night’s sleep in a comfy bed, a good breakfast awaits, ranging from cereal, toast and fruit to a hearty full Scottish breakfast. Locally sourced produce is home made and for a real Scottish experience, perhaps topped off with your first taste of haggis. Early breakfast can be arranged and vegetarian and other special diets catered for (please ask at the time of booking).
